Welcome to Pincus Construction, the company was founded in 2007 in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Pincus Construction was established to serve the commercial construction and construction management needs of retail, medical facilities, restaurants, educational, office buildings, multi-level living, and facilities throughout the United States. Over the course of my career, I have handled over multiple commercial construction and renovation projects ranging in price from $30K to $36 million.

I have vast experience in multiple facets of the construction industry. After graduating from the Arizona State University Del E. Webb School of Construction, I was first employed by a Dallas-based construction firm specializing in constructing apartment buildings geared towards students at universities nationwide. These multiple million dollar projects varied from the typical garden-style apartments with extravagant clubhouses to four-story brick apartment homes with attached parking structures. While employed with this firm, my responsibilities ranged from breaking ground, clearing property to putting the final touches on the apartments under construction.
