Reviewing bids, qualifying contractors, permitting, and setting up owner vendors.

Cost Management:
Managing costs/ budget on behalf of the owner, ensuring that the project remains within the budget.

Time Management:
Managing schedule to meet original completion date and revising existing schedule if necessary.

Quality Management:
Managing project to ensure all construction and the finished product is of top quality and meets customer and Pincus’ expectations.

Safety Management:
Maintaining levels of required safety at all times on the job site.
