Pincus Construction performed tenant improvements for a 7,520 square foot Children’s Dentistry Office. Work performed included:

• Demolition of the entire existing interior space, and rebuilding with new ceilings, new flooring, new metal stud and drywall partitions
• Running medical gas lines, vacuum lines, air-compressors, dental cabinets, installing x-ray machines, dental chairs, and dental equipment
• Office consisted of five procedure rooms, two consulting rooms, two hygiene rooms, a lab area, one panoramic x-ray room, and two additional x-ray rooms
