Pincus Construction completed a 58,800 sq.ft. remodel of a Steve and Barry’s space into three separate white boxes for the mall owners. Upon completion of the white box work, the mall owners also requested Pincus Construction to construct an additional 38,000 sq.ft. Shoppers World at the same location.
